Do You Edit the Videos for My Business? Yes. Each video can be edited to include your company's photos, logo, phone number and website address. The videos on our website are just samples of what we can do for each individual business. The videos are all editable at no additional cost to you.

How Many Photos Can I Use in my Video? Each video is different and contains a different amount of frames. It would depend on the video you choose. However, any video listed on our website can be changed to reflect your business and industry. For instance if you like the landscape video but you do plumbing we can change the video to reflect your plumbing business. So the possibilities are limitless. Should you not have any available photos to use we will provide you with stock photos and /or stock footage at no additional cost. The average range is from 5 to 20 photos.

Do you send a production crew for my video? No, we don't offer video production services at this time. Video production is very costly and we find we can do just as good a job at a fraction of the cost rather than sending a production crew to film video.

Can I send photos or footage of myself/business for my video? Yes. You can send us video footage of yourself or your business (limit to 2 minutes). We then can edit it and incorporate it within the final video. The cost of editing the footage is at a rate of $50 an hour and the average time needed for editing is approximately 2 hours. This process would be less costly than sending a production crew with similar results.

How long does it take to produce my video? Depending on what services we provide on an average it takes 3 - 5 days to produce your final video.

How and when do I pay? Because we are a small company and want each new client we bring on feel comfortable in doing business with us we currently work off the honor system and will provide you with an invoice to pay for our services. Upon the delivery of your video an invoice will be emailed to you for payment via PayPal. We do not ask for your credit card at any time over the phone. Your invoice will have a live link to secure payment. We request once services are rendered that payment be made within 72 hours.

How many revisions are done per video? There is 1 (one) revision included in the FREE video offer. Therefore, we suggest you carefully consider what content you want to include in your final video. You will be sent a draft of your video to review before it is finalized. Should your video require additional revisions after final copy, there is a $15 revision fee per revision added to order invoice.
